H Hotel Los Angeles, Curio Collection by Hilton

Reasonably slightly upscale hotel super close to LAX with free shuttle access. You could even walk from LAX to the nearby terminals if you don't have too much luggage. Actually, it's both a "H Hotel" and "Homewood Suites," depending on which room you book. I would have preferred the Homewood suites as it includes breakfast, but they were out of rooms that slept 3 so we had to book with "H" and pay for a restaurant breakfast. I don't know what Hilton is thinking branding it as "H Hotel". Just seems weird to me - let alone mixing two hotels in the same building. I've seen this at other Hilton chains like the Tru and Home2 combo near Buffalo NY. I don't get that one either. The room was quiet, but had some fraying carpet edges, and the mini fridge was scratched up. It seemed pretty clean and otherwise in responable repair.

We had 24 hrs in The H Hotel and wished it was longer. A great room, which was clean and comfortable, and spacious. A restaurant and coffee shop onsite was very convenient and the staff were exceptional. A special mention to Alex who was particular in ensuring our stay was enjoyable. He is a great Ambassador for the Hotel and the Hilton Brand. Thankyou Alex !

I stayed here the night before a flight at LAX. First, the rooms themselves were really nice. I was shocked at how quiet it was given the proximity to the airport, the noise never once bothered me. The shuttle to the terminals were also really timely, though they really pack those buses full. The facilities themselves, I genuinely have no complaints about, though I didn't park at the hotel so I can't speak to that experience. I was a little disappointed in the service in the lobby. I went to buy some medicine and a drink from the (OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED) convenience store in the lobby, and there was nobody around to help me pay for the items I wanted, and when I tried to ask for help the front desk staff was mostly dismissive. I decided to just doordash medicine and drinks to my room, which was the significantly cheaper option. Other times I spoke to staff they were nice, so I chalk it up to just an isolated incident. Overall, solid hotel and pretty convenient if you need to catch a flight out of LA but have to rest your head somewhere beforehand!

We enjoyed our stay at the H Hotel Los Angeles. After a long day of work and travel, arriving after 10pm to an easy airport shuttle and seamless check-in felt like a luxury in itself. The front desk team was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, which set the tone for a great stay. The standout feature is definitely the rooftop. Stepping out at night for fresh air and stunning views was unforgettable, and in the morning we loved watching the planes glide in and out of LAX. The panoramic views are truly special and not something you find everywhere. The room itself was excellent. The shower was amazing, and the shampoo and soap provided smelled fantastic. Everything was very clean, relatively soundproof despite being by the airport, and the blackout curtains were perfect for getting proper rest. The bed was comfortable too, which says a lot because I’m very picky about beds. We didn’t sleep perfectly (travel days will do that ), but definitely better than most hotels. The only thing was the room we were in was missing a TV remote and we let the front desk know, although they never brought us one despite mentioning they would. Overall though, a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely return.

We needed somewhere close by as we arrived into LAX around 10pm, and we’re hiring a car to leave the following morning on our trip. The hotel was only a 1km walk from the airport, check in was quick and easy. Our room was great, it was so spacious, and the bathroom was huge! It’s modern, clean, spacious and very well priced! Glad we chose to stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at H Hotel. The room was very clean, beautifully organized, and felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. Everything was well prepared and thoughtfully arranged, which made our stay relaxing and pleasant. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and professional, they truly made a difference and created a great experience. I really appreciated their kindness and attention. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here! We stayed for one night to be near LAX and we were honestly surprised by the quality of this hotel, especially for the price! Our room was huge, clean, new nice bathroom. The beds were comfy, even had a giant TV which isn’t always the case in hotels. We went to the hotel restaurant for dinner and enjoyed our food, service was great. There’s a shuttle every 15-20 min to the airport, that’s free and you don’t have to reserve it. Really couldn’t ask for more from an airport hotel! Definitely would stay again!

We reserved this hotel for its proximity and pricing near LAX. It is located in the same building as Homewood Suites and I hadn’t been to a hotel where certain floors are one hotel brand and floors 7-12 were another brand. We were first on floor 12 but the room was right next to the elevator and the noise was intense so we moved to floor 10. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We slept well and had no complaints other than the shower that did not let the water get very hot. When we were changing the rooms the robot delivered the room keys. Very cool! Parking is really expensive and they charge a “worker protection service" fee that goes to hotel workers, though new state laws require that all mandatory fees and as a hotel guest you have to pay it. It was more than $14.
